Drink tea to lose weight

I have recently been reading about a diet called the Ultimate Tea Diet where the author of the diet claims you can lose weight by drinking tea.

The books talks about how certains teas can actually help with fat burning which includes oolong, black, white and green teas.

I particularly like how it incorporatse tea into a weight loss diet compare to many others that recommends to stay off caffeine completely.

If you are looking to add a diet meal plan I highly recommend reading this book.
