Well it has been close to 12 months since I started this blog. For those you who have not seen the original spearole tea video here is it again.

Spearole Tea versus Oolong Tea

Well I been reading and hearing a lot about Oolong Tea, is a tea that will help you lose weight. I have been using Oolong tea for a long time and never considered it as a diet / weight loss product. Oolong tea is often used in Hong Kong milk tea, which I regularly use to make.

Comparing to spearole tea, oolong definitely taste much better as a drink but personally I don't think I have lost weight drinking this. As far as I can tell this tea is like any other traditional chinese tea I have ever drank.

If there were some actual reals facts about oolong tea will help lose weight or real experiments tests undertaken similar to spearole tea, then will be more believable.

Many blogs will claim that Oolong tea will help improve your immune system due to antioxidants, don't be fool by this marketing. All teas contain antioxidants, what you really want to check is the actual concentration of antioxidants contain to see which maybe better for you.

To be honest why does everything we eat and drink have to be classified as helping you to lose weight or something that will cause some kind of disease. Personally why can't we just enjoy food for what it is. Next thing we going to hear drinking lipton tea helps lose weight ;).

Has anyone tried Spearole Tea for Weight Loss?  I am very curious on other people's experiences with spearole tea. If you have please leave a comment and share your experiences with spearole tea. Whether it is positive or negative it doesn't matter.

So far spearole tea has been a positive experience for me, not so much with Dr. Red's Olevine Coffee. With Spearole Tea I have physically noticed I have lost some weight in the last 6 months and found it relative easy to drink like a normal tea.

However with Olevine Coffee I have not really seen any changes, if any. So it is definitely will be interesting to hear what others have to say about it.
